Rational:

Cervical cancer used to be one of the most common causes of cancer death for American women; appropriate screening has reduced the mortality rate by more than 50 percent over the last 30 years, as early detection is highly effective [1]. In Israel, the Ministry of Health recommends screening with PAP test every three years in women aged 25 to 65 years; However, it is included in the “Health Basket” for women aged 35 to 54 only [2].

Women in the denominator who were not screened for cervical cancer (PAP test) in the 5 previous years

Women aged 35-54
